Lately I've been trying to brew more coffee at home. Brewing filter coffee is such a peaceful hobby. Good coffee requires your patience and calmness. Different brew times enhance sweetness or acidity. Brewing good coffee is all about balance. It is basically a meditation session before you work. Plus it's cheaper than going to a coffee shop haha.
